SMS Messaging Consent

A contact places an inbound call to Kumquat Technologies. If the call goes unanswered, a single SMS is sent to the caller as a direct response to their attempted contact. The message identifies Kumquat Technologies by name. No unsolicited promotional or marketing messages are sent. All messages are strictly in response to customer-initiated contact. No further messages are sent unless the contact replies, at which point their reply constitutes explicit consent to continue the conversation. Contacts may opt out at any time by replying STOP and will receive a one-time confirmation before all messaging ceases. For help, reply HELP. Standard message and data rates may apply.
